Google AI Studio lets any Google account user build private personal Android apps from prompts, outside the public Play Store
Google announced that anyone with a standard Google account can now build personal Android apps in Google AI Studio by describing them in a prompt. The apps run on the creator's own device, are launched from a private section of Google Play, and are not listed in the public Play Store. The feature extends the existing AI Studio app creator, which was aimed at professional developer accounts and required USB debugging from a PC. It allows one-click installation on a personal device and later direct sharing with others. The article is product news and reports no vulnerability, attack or threat activity.
